Breed + Custom Requests

Can I request a specific dog breed that’s not yet available in your store?

We are constantly expanding our collection and welcome suggestions for new breeds. Feel free to send us an email with your breed suggestions, and we’ll add them to our list for future consideration. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming releases and the latest news.

Can I request custom dog markings or special characteristics?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer custom dog markings or characteristics at this time. We appreciate your interest and may explore this option in the future.

Product + Order Info

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production and shipping times vary depending on the product type and any customization add-ons. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

All of our products are made-to-order just for you. Because of this, once your order enters the production stage (typically within 24 hours of purchase), we are no longer able to cancel or make changes to it.

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order. If your item has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Quality matters to us. If your order isn't right due to damage or a fulfillment error, please fill out our Order Support Request within 15 days so we can make it right.

Can I get a refund or exchange if I don’t like the product?

Each item is made to order just for you, which means we’re unable to accept general returns once an item has entered production. This includes scenarios such as:

  • Changing your mind after ordering
  • Ordering the wrong item, size, quantity, or design
  • Wanting to exchange for a different product or style
  • Items that don’t meet personal expectations
  • Items that are no longer wanted

If your order isn't right due to damage or a fulfillment error, please fill out our Order Support Request within 15 days so we can make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
