Refund Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from us! Below you'll find everything you need to know about cancellations, refunds, and what to do if there's an issue with your order.

 

Order Cancellations + Changes

All of our products are made-to-order just for you. Because of this, once your order enters the production stage (typically within 24 hours of purchase), we are no longer able to cancel or make changes to it.

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible after placing your order. If your item has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Returns

Each item is made to order just for you, which means we’re unable to accept general returns once an item has entered production.

This includes situations such as:

• Changing your mind after ordering
• Ordering the wrong item, size, quantity, or design
• Wanting to exchange for a different product or style
• Items that don’t meet personal expectations
• Items that are no longer wanted

We appreciate your understanding as this helps us keep waste low and quality high for every customer we serve.

Refunds + Replacements

Quality matters to us. If your order isn't right due to damage, a defect, or a fulfillment error, please notify us within 15 days so we can make it right.

To report an issue with your order:

1. Fill out an Order Support Request.
2. Include a clear description of the issue.
3. Upload at least one photo showing the problem (required).

Once submitted, we will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.

If your request is approved:

• You’ll receive a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
• You do not need to return the original item.
